Construction Compsnu recently completed the construction of a modern luxury villa located in the serene residential area of Bhaisepati, Kathmandu.
The villa spans over 3,500 square feet and showcases a contemporary design built with precision and purpose. From the early stages of architectural planning to the final phase of interior and exterior finishing, every aspect of the project was handled in-house by our experienced professionals. We incorporated sustainable construction practices and ensured the structure met the highest standards of safety, including full compliance with earthquake-resistant building codes.
The layout features an open-plan living space filled with natural light, a spacious modern kitchen, four bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views. High-grade materials were used throughout — including premium concrete, structural steel, and modern fixtures — to ensure long-term durability and aesthetic appeal.
